		<description><![CDATA[I think one is best for the first one.Now when we go shopping it will be for one girl or boy and not two girls or two boys  or one of each.Ha.I am happy  that these early weeks are going good for you.I am looking forward to holding my 11th great-grandbaby.I don&#039;t know about tomorrow but I know WHO holds tomorrow.I will be praying every day for you and baby Ruth or Micah-daddy two.Take care and enjoy this time and let us know as soon as you know if it Ruth or Micah on the way. I&#039;m so glad things are going well!  I just wanted to add something to what Tia wrote- I hate to even give advice since everyone is different- but before I got pg with Tayton I had been on Atkins- lost about 35 pounds and I thought it would be safe to continue to limit my carbs- well I was wrong- my Dr. told me that carbs were essential to brain and if I remember right, nerve too- even if you decide to nurse, you still need carbs- it was hard for me at first to change my way of eating without feeling guilty- but I just kept in mind what the Dr. said.  Course now they have the good carbs labeled out there with whole grains so you can still watch for those over that bad ones and then fruit is always good too.  You just take care, rest often, and love every minute cause believe it or not, it goes by quick!]]></description>
