Super Baby Food may be the book; I'll send you my copy.

Try to make sure Joel goes to the app.... once you hear the heartbeat you are going to want to share it with him!

I was thinking of liquor flavorings today...caramel, irish cream, butter rum....all would be good in a yellow cake or in frosting.

You can try some different things for sleep too: taking a calcium, try sleepytime tea, Calms (homeopathic), wine. But overall, you can kiss great sleep goodbye sweetheart...Happy Mother's Day :-P :D

Hey Erin! I'm glad to hear that you have some good support down there in your Bible study. I think you'll be amazed at how much you will learn from reading and the doctors throughout your pregnancy and before you know it, you will be the pro! I had two natural and one epidural. Tyler was the epidural- it slowed thing down a little, they gave me pitocin right at the end. I think I was able to enjoy the whole birthing experience alot more with that. The other two natural ones went way too fast- Katia was only a 2 1/2 hour labor from start to finish and Tayton came fast too once I was induced- only an hour I think. So you just have to do what feels right at the time. Sometimes there no other options but natural as I found with my last two, but I recovered quicker and felt better too. Did you mom have long labors? My mom had very long labors so I didn't follow that trait, but usually they say you can sort of gauge it that way. You are in my prayers daily- take care girl!
